Food tourism is a growing market in Derry~Londonderry. Enterprise Week 2015 will include a special day of events focused on food tourism with expert speakers presenting on the latest trends.
The speakers include:

- James McIntosh, chef and TV presenter, looking at opportunities for quality in the global market place
- Georgina Campbell, President of the Irish Food Writers Guild, providing insight into achieving success in a highly competitive hospitality market

- a number of tourism industry professionals sharing their insights into the current local market
- Dr Feargal Tuffy, North West Regional College, highlighting the range of support on offer for anyone hoping for a career in the food industry
- Celia Spouncer, Head of the Slow Food Movement in Northern Ireland, discussing about the global movement and its impact on the industry
