Harnessing Creativity Project launch and Networking Event
Leitrim Enterprise invite you to the launch of the Harnessing Creativity Project, at the Dock, Carrick-on-Shannon on Friday 15 March from 12.00 to 14.30. Harnessing Creativity is a cross-border project supporting creative industry in the region.
Harnessing Creativity is part financed by the European Union’s INTERREG IVA Cross-border Programme managed by the SEUPB. The Project is being delivered by Leitrim County Enterprise Board in partnership with the Irish Central Border Area Network (ICBAN), Leitrim County Council, Fermanagh District Council, Omagh Enterprise Company, Tyrone Donegal Partnership and the Leitrim Design House.
Harnessing Creativity will offer training, workshops and networking opportunities that will inspire businesses in the region of Leitrim, Fermanagh, Tyrone and surrounding areas to explore and harness their creativity for business and regional benefit .This event is a first opportunity to hear directly from leading edge creative thinkers and doers, to network and to understand more about what the project will be like.
We are indebted to Cathal Gaffney, CEO of Brown Bag films, who has kindly offered to launch the project. Cathal focuses on the business of animation and his operation has grown to studios in Dublin and Los Angeles. Brown Bag Films currently employs 125 full time staff in Dublin.
